DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR IRELAND

Delivery Times – All orders to Ireland are shipped using a reliable Courier Delivery Service. If payment is made by credit card or PayPal, your item(s) will be packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from the date of order. For advance payments via bank transfer, dispatch will occur within 1 to 2 working days from the date the payment is received.

Delivery times include these initial 1 to 2 handling days, plus the time required by the Courier. Deliveries to Ireland typically arrive within 4 to 7 working days after dispatch. Please note that remote or rural areas may require additional time. Cometa srl is not liable for delays caused by the Courier or events beyond our control. Any delay does not entitle the Customer to a refund, though we always do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Method – Customers will be notified by email or phone once the order is dispatched. After dispatch, please ensure that either the Customer or someone designated is available to receive the parcel at the specified delivery address.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the Courier will leave a delivery card. We advise contacting the Courier promptly using the information on the card to arrange redelivery or pickup. Parcels will be kept for a limited period at the location indicated by the Courier. After five (5) working days, the item may be sent to the Courier’s depot. Any additional costs for storage, redelivery, or return to sender will be borne by the Customer.

Receipt of Goods – In order to help us provide an increasingly efficient service, we kindly ask the Customer to check the condition of the packaging at the time of delivery.

If the parcel is visibly damaged or open, the Customer must accept the delivery subject to inspection, clearly adding the wording “RECEIVED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” next to their signature on the delivery note and specifying the reason for the reservation (damaged parcel, open or tampered parcel, etc.).

Any issues must be reported immediately to the courier and subsequently communicated to our company by email within 8 days of delivery at info@foxydry.com. Otherwise, the product will be deemed to have been delivered correctly and in good condition.

The delivery note and, where explicitly requested by the Customer at the time of placing the order, the invoice will be provided with the shipment and must be retained as valid documents for warranty purposes.

SHIPPING COST FOR IRELAND

Shipping to Ireland is completely free. There are no additional fees beyond what you see at checkout – no customs duties, no extra charges. The price you see is the final price.
