Refund policy
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days from the day on which they, or a third party appointed by them other than the carrier, receive the product, without giving any reason.
Where multiple products purchased in a single order are delivered separately, the 30-day period begins on the day on which the Customer, or a third party appointed by the Customer other than the carrier, receives the last product.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may complete and submit the online withdrawal form here.
Alternatively, the Customer may notify Cometa S.r.l. of the decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an unequivocal statement by email to info@foxydry.com or by post to:

The use of the online withdrawal form is not mandatory. The withdrawal deadline is met provided that the Customer sends the communication before the 30-day withdrawal period has expired.
When the online form is submitted, Cometa S.r.l. will send the Customer an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay.
Returning the products
After communicating the decision to withdraw, the Customer must return the product without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.
The deadline is met if the goods are handed over to the carrier before the 14-day period has expired.

The product must be returned complete, properly packed and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging, including all components, accessories, instructions and documentation supplied with it.
The Customer is responsible only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return shipping costs
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
If the Customer refuses delivery of the parcel or fails to collect it and the parcel is consequently returned to Cometa S.r.l., the return will be treated as a return due to a change of mind.
In this case, the return shipping costs, storage charges and any other costs incurred by Cometa S.r.l. as a result of the parcel being returned may be charged to the Customer or deducted from the refund.
Refunds
If the right of withdrawal has been exercised correctly, Cometa S.r.l. will refund the payments received from the Customer, including the original standard delivery costs where required by applicable law.
Additional delivery costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by Cometa S.r.l. will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, without undue delay and in accordance with the time limits established by applicable consumer law.
Cometa S.r.l. may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the Customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the Customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Partial withdrawals
Where an order contains more than one product, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to only some of the products purchased.
In the case of a partial withdrawal, the original delivery costs may not be refunded where those costs would have been incurred even if the returned product had not been included in the original order, subject to applicable law.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by applicable consumer law, including, where relevant:
- goods made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery;
- other products or services expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal by applicable law.
The statutory legal guarantee for defective or non-conforming products remains unaffected by this policy.
